- Payment for products can be made at the time of order or Cash on Delivery option can be availed.
- We offer refunds or replacements for defective or damaged products, subject to our return and refund policy.
Returns are eligible to those orders which have our brand packaging and bill ready at the time of return which is to be produced to our delivery partner.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- We strive to ship products within 3-5 Business days of receiving an order.
Our shipping partner "Shiprocket" handles our brand shipping in Pan India. - Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are available on the Platform.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by third-party carriers or other factors beyond our control.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- The Platform and its content, including text, images, and logos, are owned by us or our licensors.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or display any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.
